3. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide
accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and make timely payments. Failure to comply may
result in suspension or termination.
4. Payment Terms Payments are due per invoice or contract terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, payments are non-refundable once services begin.
5. Intellectual Property All
content, materials, and strategies created by AppointmentAngel remain our property unless otherwise
stated. Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables for business purposes only.

Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for all business and client information
shared.
7. Limitation of Liability AppointmentAngel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
No guarantee of specific marketing outcomes is made. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the
service.
8. Indemnification Clients agree to indemnify AppointmentAngel against claims or damages
resulting from their use of services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination We may terminate or
suspend services at any time. Upon termination, all outstanding payments remain due.
10. Governing
Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
11. Changes to Terms We may
update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the new
