Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for all business and client information shared.
Limitation of Liability AppointmentAngel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. No guarantee of specific marketing outcomes is made. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Indemnification Clients agree to indemnify AppointmentAngel against claims or damages resulting from their use of services or violation of these Terms.
Termination We may terminate or suspend services at any time. Upon termination, all outstanding payments remain due.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
